I wanted to do a shader that would highlight the mesh properties both for render and hypothetically for Viewport display.
The tree uses DP Curvatures and SG_AmbOcc, though the latter can be replaced with anything more current.
Ambient Occlusion – Dirt shading. it’s great to give a lightning sensation but poor for surface details.
Curvatures – Takes into account very detailed surface bends. But can look very raw.
Incidence and Phong(Specular)- Added so there’s shading according to the Point of View.
Would be great if one day one could see this in while modeling.
